En línea con la visión de participación y desarrollo promovida por el alcalde Claudio Arriagada, la Municipalidad de La Granja avanza en la implementación de una Política Comunal Deportiva que busca ofrecer a niños, niñas y adolescentes un enfoque integral, más allá de la práctica deportiva tradicional. Este modelo contempla el acompañamiento pedagógico, la vinculación con el área de salud y un trabajo directo con las familias, fortaleciendo así el rol del deporte como herramienta de integración social y mejora de la calidad de vida.
En una serie de reuniones recientes con profesores de escuelas formativas y representantes de clubes deportivos, el equipo municipal entregó los lineamientos de este nuevo enfoque, recalcando la importancia de abordar los aspectos físicos, sociales y emocionales de los participantes. “Queremos una comuna donde el deporte sea el motor para el desarrollo y la cohesión de nuestros vecinos”, destacó el alcalde Arriagada.
Asimismo, se han sostenido encuentros con diversas ligas de fútbol para revisar y reforzar compromisos adquiridos, particularmente en torno a la recuperación de sedes deportivas, la formación de dirigentes y la erradicación de la violencia en las canchas. Con este trabajo conjunto, la Municipalidad de La Granja en voz de su alcalde, reafirma su compromiso de “construir una comuna más inclusiva y segura, donde el deporte sea pilar fundamental del progreso y el bienestar de todos sus habitantes.”
